Chief Executive Officer

Jenny is an experienced senior leader in the charity sector, and has a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, marketing, fundraising, operations, safeguarding, financial management, governance and charity regulation. She has also led services that benefit members of the armed forces, veterans and people of all ages living with disabilities.

She joined the charity in 2026 at a pivotal time to strengthen leadership, operational oversight, and sustainability for core services. She is focused on safe and impactful programme delivery, increasing and diversifying income, strengthening partnerships and referral pathways, and supporting and developing a resilient team of staff and volunteers. This will ensure the charity continues to deliver consistent high-quality support and is able to grow to meet the increasing demand for our services.

Jenny has two rescue dogs and is a competitive pilot gig rower and coxswain, so spends much of her time walking in the countryside and sea rowing around Devon and Cornwall.
