Fundraising & Volunteer Coordinator

Emma Walklett joins Veterans With Dogs with over 21 years of experience working within the NHS across both clinical and non-clinical roles. With a strong background in organisation, communication, and supporting people, she brings a warm and compassionate approach to her role within the charity.

Living in Exeter, Emma was already aware of Veterans With Dogs and its work within the local community. She learned of the role through a friend who volunteers with Veterans With Dogs and welcomed the opportunity to join the team. With her son recently joining the RAF, she also has a personal connection to the armed forces community.

As Office Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator, Emma will support the day-to-day running of the charity, helping to coordinate volunteers, supporter engagement, fundraising administration, and office operations.

An animal lover, Emma enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors, and exploring the Devon countryside on long walks.
