Regarding filming at Veterans With Dogs, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure the privacy and well-being of our clients. Filming requests must be approved in advance, and we will only consider requests from production companies with a commission. As our work involves sensitive matters, we have a responsibility to safeguard the privacy and dignity of our clients. Therefore, there are limitations on what can be filmed, and certain subjects are strictly off-limits.
We expect production crews to be respectful and considerate of our clients' needs and wishes throughout the filming process. In certain circumstances, we may need to terminate an interview or replace an interviewee based on the advice of our clinical specialists. Additionally, we require that crews be accompanied by Veterans With Dogs staff during all filming and interviewing activities.
We appreciate your understanding of these guidelines as we strive to maintain the utmost professionalism and prioritise the well-being of our clients.
