Volunteer Roles

There's lots happening at VWD where we need more people to volunteer their time to help us. Listed below are some of the roles we are developing to keep up with our growth. If you or anyone you know might be interested please take a look at the roles featured below.

Applications Administrator We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team at Seale Hayne. In this rewarding role, you will be giving guidance and information to our applicants about their application for an assistance dog, and providing administrative support during the application process and to the team supporting our working partnerships.

Animal Health and Welfare Coordinator We are looking to recruit someone special who has an interest in Animal Welfare to join us at Seale Hayne. Ideally suited to someone with veterinary nursing qualifications, although not essential, responsibilities will include health checks and monitoring of our dogs, liaising with veterinary practices, and providing support to our Veterans.

Events Coordinator Do you like organising and attending public events? Do you like meeting the public? Well this role could be perfect for you.

Volunteer Coordinator We need someone who likes looking after others, and that means looking after our expanding team of volunteers.
